  • My HealthEVet is the VA’s award-winning e-health website that offers veterans, active duty service members, dependents and caregivers access to VA health care information and services.
  • Headstrong offers a cost-free and confidential treatment program for: PTSD; Anger Management; Trauma and Loss; Addiction.
  • Vet Centers understand and appreciate Veterans' war experiences while assisting them and their family members toward a successful post-war adjustment in or near their community. All services are free of cost and are strictly confidential.

  • To show appreciation for their sacrifices and help veterans, Cigna has introduced a free national Veteran Support Line available 24/7/365 days a year. The new support line is for all veterans, their families, and caregivers – whether or not the veteran is a Cigna customer.

Family Wellness

  • The Sesame Street Veterans Toolkit helps families cope with their new adventure.
  • Operation Family Caregiver is a program that coaches families of returning service members and veterans to manage the difficulties they face when they come home. This is a personalized program, tailored specifically to the struggles of each family.
  • Need help? USA Cares helps bear the burdens of service by providing post-9/11 military families with financial and advocacy and support in their time of need. They respond to requests within 48 hours.
  • Call Military OneSource to receive confidential help with any aspect of military life.
  • Review the Federal Benefits Handbook for Veterans, Dependents, and Survivors.

Community Engagement

  • VSO (Veteran Service Organizations) Veteran Service Officers will help you navigate the DVA’s bureaucracy, and their services are free. They will help with gathering the information necessary to support a claim, filing the claim, and tracking the claim through the VA system. They can also assist with filing appeals for denied claims.
