Biography

Dr. Marci Clark is Core Faculty member in the BAECE program. She also supports work in the Department of Education and Liberal Arts (DEL) Professional Development Committee. Dr. Clark received an EdD in Curriculum and Instruction, a master’s degree in adult education and professional training, and a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with an early childhood endorsement. Dr. Clark taught 12 graduate-level language, reading, and culture (LRC) hours at the National Writing Project LRC Summer Institute at the University of Arizona. She holds a current State of Florida teaching certificate with early childhood and ESOL endorsements. She spent over 17 years teaching early elementary grades before transitioning to higher education.
